The first successfully 3D printed home was printed in Arizona by Habitat for Humanity of Central Arizona. These two forms of building helps make homes affordable and sustainable. Now in Hawai'i news, rising concrete prices to impact Hawai'i construction and development scene. There will be an projected 30 to 60 percent increase in concrete prices by the end of 2022 and into 2023. There are speculations that prices could reach $200 per cubic yard or more in Hawai'i.
